Coaching Movement
Description
As a fitness professional, we often observe that our previously sedentary client may not be ready to execute exercise movements. A sedentary lifestyle may cause poor posture, as well as weakened, shortened and lengthened muscles, thus leading to movement dysfunction. This leads to potential injuries waiting to happen. Your client is certainly not ready for resistance training.
In this course, you will learn how to observe movement dysfunction, analyse its cause, identify the need for corrections, and learn strategies to align and have better control in exercise movements.
