Heart diseases are the leading cause of death worldwide and it won’t be surprising to discover that your clients could be at high risk or have been diagnosed with such conditions. As a fitness professional, it is imperative to understand how these conditions can be improved or worsened by exercise.
This course will empower you with the knowledge needed to manage clients with Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) whom have been cleared for exercise by their physician. By learning about the condition, exercise contraindications and recommendations, you can ensure your clients achieve their health and fitness goals safely.
